I received a call from 788-8588 today. I asked "who is calling." The woman who called indicated she wouldnt say until I confirmed that I was the person she was calling. I again asked "who is calling," and she again repeated "I can only tell you who I am if you indicate who you are. I hung up. I am curious who this call is from, but Im unhappy that I could not return the call to find out who made the call, as when I call the number back, I get the message, this number cant receive calls. This caller phoned twice on November 12th,once at 1:22pm and again at 4:41pm. The first time,she asked for my brother, who wasnt home, when the caller was asked if she would like to leave a message she simply hung up. The second time she asked again for my brother, by name, and when asked if she would like to leave a message she said no and hung up.

They identified themselves as (?)marketing agency and asked if i watch TV dramas and how often. I checked out the number and found a listing for MTS Communications who are getting ready to launch a new digital tv service. Prob trying to acquire a demographic for their new services.
