Another in a recent series of similar fraudulent calls. They claim I took out a loan and that I owe a past due bill. The facts are fale. I did apply for a retail credit account online around March 2010 which is approximately when these phone calls started including calling the two referecnes I put down. The number from which they call changes but clearly these idiots just circulate the information to other like scam artists. I always try to get as much information as possible and then report them to the local police daprtments internet fraud department.

I get phone calls from this number. They always call when Im in the middle of a lecture. When I call back the automated lady tells me this call is no longer in use or disconnected. But then I get a phone call from the number again. ??? How is this possible?

Try to say i say that i took out a internet payday loan and that i owe a past due bill. In fact that i didnt qualify for a loan, so therefore i did not receive any loan from internet payday. In saying that, this company is in default for trying to collect a debt that does not exist.

I got a call on Labor Day from a Terri Raymond saying a complaint was filed against me for fraud, a show cause motion and a restraining order. I work for attorneys and none of this makes sense. When I tried to call her back at the number she left 210-280-1920 it said that number was not correct. The next day I go to work and the same message was left on my voicemail. I did call the number back, got through and talked to someone else who gave me the same scripted message. When I asked for proof of this so-called bill I owed they couldnt provide me with anything. I truly believe this is another scam agency trying to get people to pay money they dont owe. BEWARE.
