I recieved a phone call from 251-602-8056. The caller ID had the number and the name was David Grider. When I answered they said "Mrs. Garrett?" I said "yes" and I heard lots of people, mainly black women, laughing loudly, then I was hung up on. When I reverse lookup the number the name comes up James Fowler. When I try to call the number back it either just rings and rings or it is busy. On another website they suggested that when you answer "yes" to their question that they are using that to scam you. I am very worried as to this person and why they would hang up when I was willing to speak to them. So if they were a bill collector they would have spoken to me.
