I cooperate with them and talk in a calm voice. They yell and scream, putting words in my mouth. The supervisor got on and said she hoped I would fail to make a payment so they could prosecute me to the fullest amount offered by the law. She said hateful things and both women refused to talk nicely to me or to answer my questions.

Automated message for a person Ive never heard of. My telephone number is a brand new number assigned to me recently so Im assuming the messages are meant for someone that had the number before me. Ive looked them up online and see that theyre a "debt collection agency" thats actually trying to scam people. I want them off "recent calls" list.
