Hello. Todays date is March 4th, and the time is 9:20 a.m. MT. There was a message for a previous employee left on my companys voicemail. The message asked to speak with the previous employee, stated that her name was Christine and could be reached at 780-401-2147 and said to quote hb8997 when calling back. I assume (but am not sure) this was a collection agency. Out of courtesy, I called back to let Christine know that the employee was long gone from the company and I didnt have contact information for her. She answered with a curt hello, and I told her who I was and why I was calling. She grunted "okay". That made me question if it was even a business, which led me to searching the number, and here I am now, filing a complaint. This Christine was rude to me for no apparent reason. Even if she is working at a Collection Agency, I was calling to be helpful. In the past, when I have done this, I have been thanked for taking the time to let them know... Poor, poor work ethic on her part.

Some guy with a strong pakistani type of accent called and asked for me at 9 pm. Not knowing who it was he replyed that he was from bell west and i said that the person (me) was not available as i did not want to hear what he had to say. he said thank you and hung up. I called back to see if there was an answering service but the same guy answered the telephone. I said I had the wrong number. Very suspicious! I live in Grande Prairie so why did he call me and ask me by name. I know nothing of bell west.
