I received a text messaged from this number today, 9610. The text advises to call 1-877-448-1977 to claim a $200 Wal-Mart gift card. I did NOT call the number, so I dont know what they would say. The text also says "Re: STOP to DNCunsub." Unfortunately, that does not work on the text, and I dont think I am going to send them an email to provide them with my address. This appears to be at minimum a telemarketing ploy, and more likely is a scamming operation to get personal information from the recipient who is gullible enough to call them.
