automated, generic female computer voice, said my Mastercard had been frozen and asked me to input my credit card information (which I didnt)
SCAMMERS MICHAEL EMORETH ARNOLD AND MICHAEL ALAN DIRKSEN CALLED MY FACILITY AND TRIED TO SCAM MY CLERK. MICHAEL ARNOLD DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PROVIDE HIS REAL NAME. HE SAID HIS NAME WAS STEVE RIVERA AND HE WAS CALLING FROM AMPEX THEN HE CHANGED HIS MIND AND SAID HE MADE A MISTAKE, SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM FALCON INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIES AND COLLECTING ON AN INVOICE FOR MEDICAL GLOVES WE ORDERED. I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PURCHASE ORDER. HE SAID IT WAS A VERBAL P.O. THAT OUR CLERK PLACED WITH THEM. AFTER INVESTIGATING DOING SOME RESEARCH I FIND OUT WE ARE NOT THE ONLY FACILITY MIKE ARNOLD TRIED TO SCAM. THERE ARE MANY AND HE HAS BEEN RUNNING HIS SCAM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THEY HAVE USED SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS TO RUN THEIR SCAM THAT ARE NOW DISCONNECTED. THEY ARE, 713.334.2166, 713.334.2685, 888.999.8826, 888.238.9290, 281.238.9290, 888.844.9290, 714.568.0111, 888.841.3313, fax 713.334.1166. THESE SCAMMERS MUST BE STOPPED AND REPORTED TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, US GOVERNMENT. MIKE. ARNOLD HARASSES ME AND MY ASSOCIATES DAILY, YELL OBSCENITIES, THREATS AND INTIMIDATION. MIKE ARNOLD AND MIKE DIRKSEN DONT USE THEIR REAL ADDRESS. THEY ONLY PROVIDE PO BOX NUMBERS AT UPS STORES. THEIR REAL ADDRESS IS 10333 HARWIN DRIVE SUITE 170 HOUSTON TEXAS 77036. MIKE ARNOLD HAS BEEN SUED BY OTHER COMPANIES FOR DECEPTIVENESS AND PRETENDING TO BE THE ACTUAL COMPANY AND COLLECTING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM.

Called out of the blue and immediately texted me 4 texts about meeting for a job interview. I never trust bad grammar when it comes to jobs plus they didnt identify themselves. I researched the number and found this. Dont know if the last complaint is legit but Id rather not risk it.
John Clark left a message on my phone giving the company name above and he stated that he had a business matter that I needed to call him at (425) 212-1576 as soon as possible and he spouted off some case number. Ive looked this company up on the internet - unable to determine much other than telemarketer regardless there are numerous complaints of extremely pushy people one stating that he would call the lady back over and over again unless she returned his call. Something obviously seem amiss. Short and sweet do not want contact with these yahoos and if they call me again, I will blow a police whistle in their ear! Otherwise, I dont think this is a proper way to conduct business. Consider this a complaint in advance.

I received a call from 8885436367, they said that they are a debt collection and i needed to send $500.00 to them by the 5th of july. Claimed I owed thousand from a card I have never had. Could not make up there mind if it was Chase or Master card oh wait they consolidated them together. Not only rude but very mean about the whole thing. But also wanted my email to send paper to me.

Blank email that has attachment that is viewable in google docs or downloadable. I viewed it in google docs and its a fax cover letter. A man with a strong accent called and said he was from Duct cleaning.. I explained we were on the "do not call" list and to please remove us from their list. He told me then that he was "Gonna call me every day and what are you gonna do about it?" I hung up.

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM!Received a message indicating that their is a civil lawsuit and a restraining order being filed against me and that Ive got 24 hours to retain an attorney to combat this allegation(Court#A17D-1512). The message also directed me to respond to phone# (313)-334-3113, which was to no avail.

Received call from them today using the "PC infected with virus" scam. Was very persistent. Had to be extremely rude to him for hang up

I received a call from this number from a Jim Donovan. This man was very aggressive and in accurate with his information. He wanted to over talk me and not have a conversation. He then left my boss a voicemail. He has now crossed the line. He must not be aware of the Legal Debt Act. When he leaves a message he does not always use the same name or organization he works for.
I got a call from some one saying Ive won 8000 gov grant but to get the money I have to pay 210.00 for the money to be transferred.. I ask why cant you take it out the 8000

Calls all the time. I am on the national do not call list. I answer the my cell phone they hang for a few minutes costing me minutes then hang up without saying anything.
This is a nuisance call which I receive daily sometimes multiple during the day. When I answer, no one is there. They need to be shut down.
