whoever or whatever has this number rang my phone at 3:39 am!! This was the second call and needless to say I thought it might be a family emergency and my heart started racing - all for nothing. When I said hello, thought I could hear someone breathing (normal not heavy) but then she hung up without saying anything.

I received a call from this person around 10am my times which Central Standard. This person did not say anything and hung up after I said hello several times. My family and I have been sick with the flu and were trying to catch up on sleep when this person called us, the least heshe couldve said was sorry have the wrong number.

He was stripped of his DD Instructors certification by Empire Safety Council, for selling fake certificates to Dept of Ed employees. He is currently under investigation by several government agencies. Its funny how he accuses everyone else of illegal activities while it is he who is always in trouble with the law and always under investigation. He stole social security benefits from his own kids, tried to steal his dead brothers identity and forges signatures to avoid child support payments. He wants custody of his three kids but wont accept the fact that they despise him, wont talk to him and want nothing more to do with him. NO ONE WANTS ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM. Effie is a forger, a thief, a liar, a scammer and a stalker. No one will have anything to do with him. HE IS JEALOUS OF ANYONE WHO HAS A GOOD JOB, A LOVING FAMILY, FINANCIAL SECURITY AND SOCIAL STANDING, THINGS HE WILL NEVER HAVE AND SPREADS LIES ABOUT THEM. EVEN HIS "WIFE" THREW HIM OUT!!
