I believe this individual calls every few weeks. His name and phone numbers keep changing. Caller ID shows an in-state # 203-274-9856 yet in his voice message he leaves 917-645-0004. Says that its of the utmost importance that I or my attorney of record return his call. If not, all he can do is wish me is good luck. He then continues to call till I pick up. If I pick up, hell say something like "so, the last 4 digits of your social security are 4317." I say NO. He say YES they are. I say NO they arent. Then, he asks "what are they?" I said to him, "what do you think Im stupid? Do U really think Im going to tell you? If you know so much about me and this supposed loan I owe money on you should have that information." I ended the call. Hung up the phone. He called back!!!! Tried to scare me by saying he was only trying keep the police from coming to my home on Monday and arresting me. I said "No problem, I was sure that the police wouldnt arrest ne as I had no outstanding loans." This was the conversation I had with him about 2 weeks ago. Today he left an urgent voice mail. Im sure hell be calling back shortly as Im certainly not returning his call.

This number keeps calling my phone but noone is on the other end. All i can hear is clanking and other noises. I have a go phone so it cose me. They also leave voice mails that are useless. I have to use money to check and delete them.

Received a call from this number and it seems to be the same scam as everyone else. Either pay them a certain amount or they will have a warrant for your arrest issued, court case, you lose the case and either you pay 5400 or go to jail for 6 months. He also threatened to have me fired from my job. i tried to be nice and let him know that I never had a loan through his company but he got mad and hung up on me.

These people have called me. I am not sure if they are using 0005 or 0004 numbers since I cannot understand a word they are saying. David Brown sure!!! The last time these people did this they threatened to have me arrested. I informed the security people at my work place and asked them questions (I work for a state agency) they told me to ask for a badge number. I then traced the number and found the phone company that serviced them and contacted them informing them of the scam. They blocked my numbers home and work at their end and I blocked the number at my home. They now route their calls through a local number I now have this blocked at my home and have notified MCI of what is happening. Lets see if they will work with me on this.
