However, because we understand that having information that could be seen as defamatory available about you on the Internet can have serious consequences on various aspects of your life, we will respond to removal requests, only if:
1. You contact us and act in a polite and courteous manner - we will not respond to threats.
2. You provide us with proof of your identity and a brief explanation of the situation
Businesses - Complaint Removal or Rebuttal
If you feel that your company has been falsely accused of fraudulent business practices or if comments and/or complaints that you think are not justified were posted about your company or business, you will need to contact us. After we review the complaint and depending on its nature and seriousness, it may be removed, or we may leave it and offer you the opportunity to file a rebuttal which will be posted on the site.
Opt-out Procedure
To have your phone number completely removed from our website, please send a fax to 888-703-3089. You will need to include the phone number to remove, proof of your identity (such as a copy of a government-issued ID.) You may cross out your driver's license number/passport number prior to sending it to us. If you don't have a fax, you can use Faxzero which will let you send a fax for free. We will only respond to removal requests sent via this method.
