Please note that per the Communications Decency Act or "CDA" (47 U.S.C. &183; § 230) we are in no way obligated to remove complaints or comments that may have been filed about you, nor can we be held liable even if they contain false or innacurate information.
However, because we understand that having information that could be seen as defamatory available about you on the Internet can have serious consequences on various aspects of your life, we will respond to removal requests, only if:
1. You contact us and act in a polite and courteous manner - we will not respond to threats.
2. You provide us with proof of your identity and a brief explanation of the situation

Businesses - Complaint Removal or Rebuttal
If you feel that your company has been falsely accused of fraudulent business practices or if comments and/or complaints that you think are not justified were posted about your company or business, you will need to contact us. After we review the complaint and depending on its nature and seriousness, it may be removed, or we may leave it and offer you the opportunity to file a rebuttal which will be posted on the site.

Opt-out Procedure
In order for us to remove any complaints appearing on our Website, we need to verify your identity. To do this, we require faxed proof of identity. Proof of identity can be a state issued ID card or driver's license. If you are faxing a copy of your driver's license, we require that you cross out the photo and the driver's license number. We only need to see the name, address and date of birth. We will only use this information to process your opt out request. Please fax to (425) 974-2210 and allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your request. We will only process opt out requests received by fax and no request will be processed without complete information (i.e., name, phone number and date of birth). Requests for opt out will not be processed over the phone or via email.
